The number of security guards needed for crowd control depends on the size of the venue and the number of people attending your event. In Malaysia it is required to hire 1 guard per 75 people. Some clients book 1 guard for 50 people to be on the safe side (not required).

Yes. It is important that our clients feel safe and secure. Our security guards build a rapport with our client and to the best of our ability we try to provide the same security guards during the time of services.

A dedicated Security Coordinator will be assigned to you after the booking is made. A roving supervisor will provide daily site checks and our 24 Hour Command Center will be available so you can contact us anytime.

Most clients don’t want guards to apprehend, detain, or physically touch any potential threat or suspected person. If preventive security does not work, security guards are instructed to call in law enforcement for support in most cases. This depends on the individual security company.
